2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. You may also optionally provide additional profile details.
Order Information
To fulfill orders, we collect your shipping address, phone number (if provided), and payment information. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
Photos & Design Content
You upload photos of your dog(s) for design generation. These images and the resulting AI-generated artwork are stored to fulfill your order and to allow you to access your designs through your account. You can delete your designs at any time through your account dashboard.
Usage Data
We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, browser type, and anonymized interaction data to help us improve the Service. This does not include your uploaded photos or personal content.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill, ship, and communicate with you about your orders
- Generate and deliver your custom AI designs and printed products
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Improve the quality of our design generation and user experience
- Send order-related transactional emails (confirmations, shipping updates)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including your dog photos or generated artwork — to third parties. Your photos are used exclusively to create your custom designs.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Payment processors — to securely process your payments (card details are tokenized and never accessible to us)
- Shipping carriers — your name and shipping address to deliver your order
- AI service providers — your uploaded photos are transmitted to generate designs; providers process images transiently and do not retain them
- Legal compliance — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security — you use the Service at your own risk.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account information, order history, and uploaded designs for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill our legal obligations. You can delete individual designs at any time from your account. To request full account deletion and removal of all associated data, contact us at vcustommade@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session, keep items in your cart, and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or third-party behavioral profiling. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit some features of the Service.

Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
