1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is owned and operated by VCustomMade, LLC, doing business as Custom Doggo. By accessing or using Custom Doggo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

Custom Doggo allows customers to upload photos of their dogs to generate custom AI-designed artwork, which can be produced as iron-on vinyl transfer sheets (DIY application) or printed directly onto apparel via Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. All designs are custom-made per order — there are no pre-made inventory items.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide — including shipping addresses, garment sizes, and design preferences. You represent that any photos you upload are your own or you have permission to use them, and that they do not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Custom Orders & Returns

Because every item is custom-produced based on your uploaded content and selections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the product is defective or the final product materially differs from the design preview you approved. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Vinyl transfer sheets are DIY products requiring customer application via iron or heat press. We are not responsible for application errors, damage during application, or results on incompatible fabrics. Our sizing recommendations are guidelines — it is your responsibility to confirm the design fits your intended garment.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details on our servers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Printed apparel orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after production. Vinyl transfer orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, and peak seasons. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated artwork created from your photos is produced for your personal use. You may use purchased designs on your own garments and personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated designs or the design service itself without our prior written consent. All platform software, branding, templates, and underlying AI systems remain the property of Custom Doggo.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Doggo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with AI-generated imagery, garment fit or quality, or application results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
